🌍 Sometimes the biggest milestones happen quietly. Since mid 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, I've taken on additional accountability for 𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, alongside an incredible global team of SREs and DevOps roles across 🇮🇳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮, 🇩🇪 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆, and 🇺🇸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦. That also explains why things have been a little quieter here on LinkedIn. 😊 💪 These past months have been the most challenging - and equally one of the most rewarding - of my journey at Censhare and Entirely. Stepping into a completely new area pushed me well beyond my comfort zone and right to my personal limits! 🥵 But that's exactly where growth happens ☺️ 💡 Here’s my tip: Attitude - knowing how to get through this challenging time with the right mindset, not feeling like I’m on my own, and knowing that it will eventually (in fact, after just two to three weeks) become routine gave me the confidence to successfully navigate this transition. 🙏 A huge thank you to 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 for the trust, and to all 𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 for your commitment, collaboration, and resilience throughout this journey. 🤝 And, of course, a special shout-out to my partner in crime and stand-in, Garima - I couldn't have asked for a better teammate to navigate this transition together. ☂️ Bringing 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 and 𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 under one umbrella with a ❤️ 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 is, in my view, the right step toward delivering even greater value for our customers and partners. Strong operations and outstanding support go hand in hand when customer success is the ultimate goal. 🌟 🚀 The journey is just getting started, and I'm excited for the challenges ahead. 🎉 One further milestone I'm particularly looking forward to? Celebrating 25 years of and with Censhare in the last months of 2026 ahead. It's a privilege to be part of this journey and to help shape what's next. Entirely is evolving very fast. Super excited about transforming all products and companies into AI native, especially with the guidance and coaching of the DuMont Group.
