๐ŸŒ Sometimes the biggest milestones happen quietly. Since mid ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ, I've taken on additional accountability for ๐—œ๐—ง ๐—ข๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€, alongside an incredible global team of SREs and DevOps roles across ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฎ, ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐—š๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜†, and ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—จ๐—ฆ. That also explains why things have been a little quieter here on LinkedIn. ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ’ช These past months have been the most challenging - and equally one of the most rewarding - of my journey at Censhare and Entirely. Stepping into a completely new area pushed me well beyond my comfort zone and right to my personal limits! ๐Ÿฅต But that's exactly where growth happens โ˜บ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ก Hereโ€™s my tip: Attitude - knowing how to get through this challenging time with the right mindset, not feeling like Iโ€™m on my own, and knowing that it will eventually (in fact, after just two to three weeks) become routine gave me the confidence to successfully navigate this transition. ๐Ÿ™ A huge thank you to ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ผ๐˜๐˜ ๐—˜๐—บ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ต for the trust, and to all ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฑ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ด๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—บ for your commitment, collaboration, and resilience throughout this journey. ๐Ÿค And, of course, a special shout-out to my partner in crime and stand-in, Garima - I couldn't have asked for a better teammate to navigate this transition together. โ˜‚๏ธ Bringing ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜ and ๐—œ๐—ง ๐—ข๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ under one umbrella with a โค๏ธ ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ-๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜ is, in my view, the right step toward delivering even greater value for our customers and partners. Celebrating 25 years of and with Censhare in the last months of 2026 ahead. It's a privilege to be part of this journey and to help shape what's next. Entirely is evolving very fast.
