Fresh Dough Every Day Domino's Pizza France. Coming back to work in Europe, I never expected that I would find myself overseeing two factories and a national logistics network. My experience has been leading brands with a national QSR network of restaurants. Manufacturing and logistics are usually outsourced. In order to guarantee fresh dough every day, we have two Domino's Production Commissaries in France at Vertou and Gennevilliers. The whole production process is fascinating featuring exceptional quality control measures and robotic technology. During the World Cup we will ramp up production because the number one food French Fans enjoy while watching a match is Pizza. Serendipity also plays its part in this story for now, like my father Barrie Reed, who managed Lyon’s Biscuit and Cakes factories across Northern England, I too am now in the dough production business.
