PHCC is encouraged by today's U.S. Supreme Court action vacating and remanding the D.C. Circuit's decision regarding DOE energy conservation standards affecting certain gas-fired appliances. HARDI and PHCC jointly filed the Amicus Brief which urged the Supreme Court to grant the petition. PHCC has long maintained that mandating condensing-only products will present financial burdens for some consumers and is pleased that the U.S. Supreme Court agrees that the decision of the D.C.
