SCHOTT Pharma has announced a planned CEO transition. The Supervisory Board of SCHOTT Pharma Management AG has appointed Christian Mias as CEO, effective 1 May 2026. He will succeed Andreas Reisse, who is set to retire at the end of April 2026. Mias currently leads SCHOTT’s Electronic Packaging business unit as Executive Vice President and brings long-standing management experience within the SCHOTT Group, including international roles.
