I am delighted to announce that we advised Senken on its multi-year #CDR #offtake agreement with Lufthansa and the related upstream agreements - spanning direct air capture (Deep Sky), industrial biochar (Exomad Green), and regenerative agriculture (Klim) - a transaction across three continents, governed by the laws of New York and Germany. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this transaction to completion. We are grateful to Senken for its continued trust and for the opportunity to advise on this significant transaction.
