📢 Two Swiss family-owned companies joining forces for the #future. F. Borner AG becomes part of the PFIFFNER Group. F. Borner AG, headquartered in Reiden, Lucerne, will become part of the PFIFFNER Group with effect from 1 October 2026 as part of a long-term succession plan. F. Borner AG will be retained and will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary. With this merger, the Pfiffner Group is strengthening its portfolio in the distribution network sector. Both companies share a long-term outlook, a high level of technical expertise and a partnership-based approach in their dealings with customers and employees.
