📍 Project Spotlight: Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai ▶️ Roof Refurbishment Works   Atlantis, The Palm Dubai—one of the region’s most iconic and prestigious hospitality landmarks—stands proudly on the world-famous Palm Jumeirah. While the property is relatively young, maintaining world-class standards means proactively upgrading critical assets, including its roof waterproofing system.   We are honored to be awarded the contract to refurbish the roof of this world-class destination, ensuring long-term durability, performance, and protection aligned with the expectations of both Kerzner International and Atlantis guests.   Scope of works included: ➡️ Application of a new screed layer to enhance structural integrity ➡️ Installation of high-performance insulation to improve thermal efficiency ➡️ Deployment of the advanced SIKA MTC liquid waterproofing system across a 2,000 m² roof area   The refurbishment not only restored the roof’s functionality but significantly enhanced its waterproofing and thermal performance — reinforcing the quality standards expected of a globally recognised hospitality brand.   We take great pride in our trusted partnership with Kerzner International, delivering solutions that protect and elevate the value of their world-renowned assets.
