PEXA welcomes the announcement this week from Tasmania Land Titles Office confirming the removal of certificates of title from the land titling processes starting 1 September 2026. The transition from paper-based to digital settlements will bring greater efficiency, speed and security to property settlements in Tasmania, while also reducing errors and administrative burden.
