As we wrap up the year, we’re proud to celebrate the people (and one very special pet) who make PetSure so special. Congratulations to our 2025 CEO Award Winner: Ana Mardoquio, Customer Growth Consultant. Ana embodies something at the heart of our DNA: a relentless focus on the customer. Every day, she handles complex customer challenges with calm professionalism, kindness and heart, supporting pet parents through some of their most stressful moments. As our CEO, Alex Thomas shared on the night: “What would our business look like if we had 300 versions of this person?” A huge congratulations to Ana! Congratulations to our Best in Office Award Winner: Bomber Lehmann (proud pet parent: Angela Lehmann) Because we’re a pet-friendly workplace, we also celebrate the pets who bring joy to our office. Our Best in Office award recognises the furry colleagues and this year it went to Bomber, a gentle old soul who never misses a chance for pats and always brightens our day.
