"What are your fears in posting on LinkedIn?" -- this was asked at a fireside chat session with our team this week. 1) "it's cringe." 2) "don't want to appear inauthentic" These responses did not surprise me. The correlation did. Being inauthentic is 100% cringe. YOU are not cringe. So, show up as YOU. You will be shocked at how many people will be glad to see YOU here, learn from YOU here, and be inspired to share more of THEMSELVES here because of YOU. Caveat: Using the word "cringe" in a post is not very me. However, acknowledging this fact is very me. 😉 If you're still reading this, I hope to see more of you on my feed soon.
