Question? from an Architectural perspective and a personal history of designing complex buildings with highly valued uses and occupancies why would you add to it a high occupancy facility with people from all over the world as part of the same facility? Secondly, why demo part of the existing facility without fully designing and reviewing the proposed development? The answer is you can but why? There are many other options that need to be thought out!!!
