UPDATE* A few weeks ago I tried helping Charlie Thompson locate his next step in his education through my network - thanks to so many of you who either reached out to me or to Charlie direct - so many offers of Jobs or level 3 apprenticships but non offered the level 4 he was looking for and we also supported vigorous searching to no avail With university a big choice and not his first choice route he has decided to take a year out however his learning won’t stop and I am happy to say he has decided to stay on for a year with the team at Smart Manufacturing Solutions Technology ltd to do a level 4 project management qualification with us through Penshaw View Would love anyone’s thoughts on why level 4 apprenticeships just don’t seem to becoming the new norm
