Portrait of a Racist Senator. I fight racism because I think art is not only a way of expressing yourself but also an act of bearing witness. Silence in the face of discrimination is acceptance. With my work I want to affirm our shared humanity, and challenge the prejudice that continues to divide us. Behind every face, there's a story. Every life is worth the same. Racism denies both of these.
