Hey everyone, it’s Friday September the 4th and today in 1997 one of the leading architects and designers of the twentieth century passed away, Aldo Rossi…….. He has created many postmodern buildings but what I didn't knew was that Aldo in 1987 together with Umberto Barbieri, founded a joint architectural firm in The Hague. How cool?! And together in 1988 (with de Architekten Cie.) they designed the iconic 500 m1 long residential building 'De Lamel' along the Neherkade in The Hague.
