Critical Mind in Finance
I want to talk about #mansplaining. I am part of our #mentorship program at European Energy Exchange AG to support women in leadership. I am 57 years old and I have learned a lot in my career and I want to support women to more visibility and empowering themself. But, what I don't want is, that this is mansplaining. Of course, from my point of view, I am not doing that. But how can I ensure this will be not the case. Is it, by system, a problem, if man take a role as mentor for female colleagues?
