The EBRD #AnnualMeeting always showcases the very best of our institution: our shareholders, our countries of operation, our clients, our donors, our investors and last but not least our very own colleagues! This year we gathered in beautiful #Riga. It was a busy three days of meetings, conversations spanning from Ukraine to the Middle East, from green transition to nuclear safety, as well as several high profile events - including one with Odile Renaud-Basso, Valdis Dombrovskis, Rt Hon Rachel Reeves and Sergii Marchenko on the path to Ukraine’s reconstruction, or an exchange with Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Financial Health (UNSGSA). The #EU plays a key role at the EBRD, but at this year’s Annual Meeting it had an additional special one: European Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis also chaired the Board of Governors plenary session.
