On August 28th, the Rule of Law Clinic represented 21 former senior U.S. government officials in an amicus brief supporting Harvard's challenge to the Trump Administration's ban on the university's enrollment of international students. Amici argue that the Administration's actions are “nakedly punitive,” “unprecedented,” “dangerous,” and “a self-inflicted national security injury.” https://lnkd.in/eS3arXH2
