🧠💥 What happens when investors meet sailing daredevils? Imagine this: You're standing on the deck of a high-tech catamaran. ❗ Wind? 50 km/h. ❗ Speed? 100 km/h. ❗ Margin for error? Basically zero. No PowerPoint. No Wi-Fi. Just raw decision-making under brutal pressure. Welcome to SailGP – the Formula 1 of sailing. Thanks SailGP, Deutsche Bank and DWS Group I got a front-row seat talking to these dare devils this week. But here’s the twist: ❌ This wasn’t about boats. ✅ This was about brains, trust, and reaction speed – under conditions we rarely experience in the business world. The athletes of SailGP taught me more in one afternoon than some workshops in a year. 👉 They don't talk about agility. They live it. 👉 They don't plan for every scenario. They adapt in real-time. 👉 And when they fail? They review, refine, relaunch – fast. Isn’t that exactly what we need in leadership today?
