Peryton Advisory advised the shareholders of ZIMMERMANN PV-Steel Group, a leading European solar technology provider, as exclusive transaction advisor on the sale to Nextpower (NASDAQ: NXT). Announced at Intersolar 2026 in Munich, the transaction values the business at a total consideration of up to €330 million and remains subject to customary closing conditions. Founded in 1950 and active in photovoltaics since 2009, Zimmermann has delivered more than 2,500 solar projects across 58 countries, with more than 20 GW deployed. For Zimmermann, the deal secures a successful ownership transition while opening the door to scale through Nextpower's global footprint — preserving the local relationships and engineering focus that have defined the business. For Nextpower, it marks the next chapter of its European expansion, combining Zimmermann's engineering strength with Nextpower's complete product platform.
