Ukrainian Consul Andrei Madzianovskyi, Provost Xander McDade and Valentina Safonowa unveiled a plaque marking Perth’s twinning with the Ukrainian city of Nikopol today. Councillor Steven Carr and Scottish Government Minister for Europe Stephen Gethins also attended. The plaque is located on Tay Street in Perth.
