Across Perth and Kinross, thousands of properties rely on private water supplies for drinking, food preparation and domestic use. Where these properties are used as rented accommodation, holiday lets or commercial businesses the law requires that the water supply is sampled annually to ensure it is safe for guests, tenants, employees and customers.
