We're proud to welcome Judith Dada (Co-CEO, Langdock & Senior Partner, Visionaries) and Darragh C. (CTO, Fin) to Personio's board. Judith has spent years at the frontier of European AI – today as Co-CEO of Langdock, and before that backing companies like Black Forest Labs and n8n at Visionaries Club. Few people have a sharper take on what it'll need for Europe to lead. Darragh knows that work from inside the engine room. As CTO at Fin (Intercom), he rebuilt the business around AI and tripled R&D output in 16 months – one of the most closely followed transformations in software, and a real lesson in what going all-in takes.
