We're excited to share that Philipp Richter is joining Personio's executive team as Chief People Officer. Philipp has spent six years at the heart of Personio — shaping strategic decisions and leading various parts of the business throughout that journey. In addition, he has built lasting relationships with HR leaders across Europe as Managing Director of Personio Foundation. Ultimately, this appointment reflects something we deeply believe: AI is changing the fundamentals of how organisations work. The ways in which roles are defined, how people are hired and developed, how managers make decisions, and how HR operates every day Across Europe, we’ve seen People teams being asked to lead this era-defining transformation. Often, while still figuring out for themselves what it means in practice. The best way for Personio to support is to go first. Out of our 16,000 customers, Philipp and our People organisation will serve as “customer zero” — helping to navigate AI-driven change in our own business, turning those learnings into real, practical guidance for HR leaders.
