Every quarter, our product teams set out to solve something real for HR. This quarter, Tobias and the compensation team tackled one of the most consistent pieces of feedback we hear: compensation data is scattered, hard to track, and difficult to act on with confidence. Compensation Profiles bring it all together. Current agreements, full histories including who changed what and why, salary band context, all in one place. HR teams can preview the impact of changes before making them, and leave comments to document their reasoning. We asked Tobias what surprised him most during development. His answer: how differently people across roles and countries think about compensation data. Monthly FTE-adjusted salaries. Annualised full-time amounts.
