Most people believe mastery needs a head start.  Khushboo Sharma decided to start anyway.   Just four years ago, Kathak entered her life as a personal calling. What followed was relentless practice and a deeper immersion into an art form built on storytelling, rhythm and expression. There was no childhood training or a classical dance background. Just sheer curiosity and the decision to begin from scratch.    Four years later: three examinations completed, performances at Khasdar Mahotsav, national wins at Nrutya Aarabham and Nrutya Darpan and an international podium finish at Bharat Nrutya Mohotsav. Turns out, passion isn’t about when you start, it’s about how fully you show up for your craft. As Senior Engineering Lead, Persistent, Khushboo carries the same belief into her work – growth isn’t tied to timelines, it follows commitment. This Women’s History Month & Beyond, we are celebrating stories that remind us that it’s never too late to begin and when one person takes that step, others find the confidence to try too. That’s how we #GiveGainRepeat.    Explore the anthology here: https://lnkd.in/gWzzZvqU   PS: When was the last time you allowed yourself to start from scratch? #IWD2026 #GiveToGain #WomensHistoryMonth #ReAImaginingTheWorld Anand Deshpande, Sandeep Kalra, Vinit Teredesai, Anand Krishnan, Barath Narayanan S S, Chitra Byregowda, Debashis Singh, Dr. Rajesh Gharpure, Ganesh Nathella, Hari Abhyankar, Jaideep Vijay Dhok, Kuljesh Puri, Mukesh Agarwal, Nitha Puthran, Nitish Shrivastava, Padmanabhan V, Rahul Shrivastava, Rajiv Naithani, Ruchi Kulhari, Shimona Chadha, Saurabh Dwivedi, Tom Klein, Sid Mishra
