Yesterday at Cannes Lions was one to remember. In the afternoon, our VP of Customer Success, Jeffrey Rosello, joined the Supernova Pride Summit for a panel titled "The Algorithm Has No Pride: AI vs. People in the Fight for Inclusive Marketing." Jeffrey brought a sharp, grounded perspective to a question the industry can't afford to dodge: as AI scales at speed, who's accountable for what it amplifies? His point landed clearly: AI doesn't create bias from scratch; it scales whatever we feed it. And with Permutive seeing nearly 1,000 LGBTQ+ audience segments across our publisher network, the opportunity for brands to reach these audiences with precision is real. The choice not to isn't a technical constraint. It's a business decision. A great session alongside moderator Peter Sloterdyk, CMO at Gist, and fellow panelists Amanda DeVito, MBA, CMO at Butler/Till, Gina Cavallo, CRO Americas, Xplain AI, and Jerry Daykin. Head of EMEA & International Media at Restaurant Brands International. Then, as the sun set over the Bay of Cannes, we hosted a group of senior peers for an intimate dinner at La Môme on the rooftop of the Hotel Le Majestic, with one of the best views in Cannes. Exactly the kind of evening conversations that make this week what it is. Thank you to everyone who joined us for both. #CannesLions #CannesLions2026 #PrideMonth #InclusiveMarketing #Programmatic
