Step inside Zegna’s new store at the ultramodern district, Shenzhen Bay MixC, and you will be greeted by the boutique’s new distinctive façade and luxurious shopper experience. Permasteelisa Gartner Retail acted as general contractor to deliver a turnkey fit-out including millwork and new façade. In just under two months, we transformed this 316sqm space to turn it into an appealing luxury store which screams craftsmanship and elegance for the legacy menswear brand.
