π The river was rising. The clock was ticking. And 1,352 metres of bridge still had to move forward. On the Sava Bridge project in Serbia, the race wasn't just against time β it was against nature itself. The team had only five months before the river's rising water levels would completely change the conditions on site. To keep the project flowing, pre-assembled formwork arrived ready for fast pier construction, helping crews move from one section to the next without losing momentum. π§ But speed alone wasn't enough. The site teams also had to master hydraulic movements carrying up to 80 tonnes. That meant hands-on training directly on site, turning complex engineering into confident execution. Because real progress happens when technology and teamwork move in sync. π How do you make sure your team is ready to master new technologies in practice?
