The Perdana Leadership Foundation would like to wish condolences to the family of Toh Puan Rahimah Stephens. Toh Puan Rahimah Stephens, the first woman to be appointed as a minister in Sabah's state cabinet (1976-85), passed away 14th March 2022 at the age of 91. She was the widow of Tun Mohd Fuad Stephens, the first Chief Minister of Sabah.
