Public procurement is often seen as a compliance exercise; last night, it was recognised as something that can change 13,000 lives. PeoplePlus has been named Supplier of the Year at the UK National GO Awards 2025/26, one of the most respected recognition programmes in public procurement, for the work of our Social Recruitment Framework, Social Recruitment Advocacy Group, and Social Recruitment Covenant. These three initiatives form a connected system that gives employers a structured, evidenced route into inclusive hiring while giving people facing real barriers to employment a genuine shot at work. Since 2018, the SRF has supported over 60,000 people, the SRAG brings together more than 200 organisations representing 500,000 employees, and the Covenant now has nearly 600 signatories.
