A big thank you to everyone who joined today’s Social Recruitment Framework (SRF) webinar it was fantastic to see employers and partners taking time to explore how inclusive recruitment can drive real social value. The session focused on how the SRF supports organisations to recruit in a more socially inclusive and sustainable way, bringing employability, skills and employer support into one simple, consistent approach. Together, we explored how this helps open access to underrepresented talent, supports more inclusive hiring practices, and creates sustainable opportunities for people, businesses and communities. We also heard valuable real-world insights from both sides of the recruitment journey.
