Peoplecare is seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement & Business Resilience Specialist to elevate our procurement practices and business continuity capabilities. This critical role supports Peoplecare’s operational resilience by managing third-party risk, ensuring the continuity of critical operations, and embedding robust supplier governance frameworks. With a strong focus on regulatory alignment, particularly with APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230. In this role you’ll be hands-on in executing our business resilience framework, from plan testing to system upkeep, compliance and regulatory reporting as well as engaging stakeholders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. We’d love to hear from you if you have: - Proven experience in procurement, supplier management, and compliance - Experience in identifying and managing risks and controls - Exposure to business continuity and Protecht systems (a bonus, not a must) - Experience with APRA would be ideal - A proactive, trustworthy, and collaborative approach - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - Ability to simplify complex info, present clearly, and manage sensitive data - Strong attention to detail - High digital literacy and a passion for continuous learning This is a Permanent full-time position.
