Peoplecare is proud to share that our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. We’re currently in the Reflect stage, the beginning of our journey. Our focus is to build understanding, awareness and authentic relationships with #Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. “Our RAP reflects our commitment to listening, learning, and taking meaningful steps towards reconciliation, and we’re both humbled and proud to be at this stage in our journey,” says Peoplecare CEO Louise Leaver. A special highlight of this journey is our collaboration with local Indigenous artist and educator Kane Wright, who created an artwork that reflects our connection to Dharawal Country, our home for over 70 years. This piece will live at our headquarters as a reminder of the values guiding our reconciliation journey. This is just the beginning, and we are committed to walking this path with humility, respect, and purpose.
