This week, we are proud to celebrate and recognise both Harmony Week and Eid al-Fitr, highlighting the rich cultural diversity that defines our team. Harmony Week is a reminder that “everyone belongs,” celebrating the many backgrounds that make our workplace stronger and more inclusive. This also coincides with the end of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid, a joyful time of reflection and community for our Muslim colleagues.   Through our public holiday swap, employees can exchange a public holiday for a day that aligns with what matters most to them.   Tareq Hassan, Marketing Data Analyst, shares how he and his family will be celebrating Eid and how he’s using this flexibility to take time for this important occasion.
