This Harmony Week, we celebrate the cultural diversity that makes our communities and workplaces stronger. At People First Bank, we are proud to have more than 70 different cultures and languages represented across our teams. This diversity brings a wealth of perspectives, experiences, and ideas that help us learn from one another and better support the communities we serve.   To celebrate, we’ve created a video featuring some of our people sharing their favourite saying or expression in their mother tongue, highlighting just a few of the many languages and cultures that make up our workplace.   Harmony Week is a reminder that when we embrace our differences and celebrate what connects us, we create a stronger and more inclusive community for everyone.
