At People First Bank we recognise that Pride Month gives us powerful opportunity to show allyship in ways that truly matter. This year we have focused on creating space for conversation and learning that builds our understanding of LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and the practical ways that our people can show up as allies today, and every day.   Opened by our Chief Customer Officer Maria Ann Camilleri, more than 100 employees attended the first of two inclusion series sessions focused on building foundational awareness of LGBTQIA+ language, concepts and the role we all play in creating spaces where our LGBTQIA+ colleagues, members and community, feel safe, respected and valued.
