The Systems Advanced Leadership Program at Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) LUMS concluded with a series of powerful sessions and dynamic experiences that inspired transformational leadership that brought our senior leadership together for purposeful learning, collaboration, and growth. Over the course of five days, the program was packed with strategy, leadership insights, and some truly fun moments (yes, Chef@LUMS was a highlight). From purpose-driven leadership and trust-building in teams to exploring AI in business transformation, strategy formulation, and change management simulations, every session pushed participants to think bigger, work closer, and lead with impact.
