Persistent outreach helps us build relationships and trust with unsheltered individuals. That work is especially crucial in places like the San Diego River, where conditions are often unsafe. Thanks to our partnership with The City of San Diego and the San Diego River Park Foundation, PATH has been able to help reduce the number of people living along the river and connect them to much-needed shelter and housing.
