Meet Roman! About a year into a job at a meat-processing factory, Roman was seriously injured in a workplace accident and hospitalized, leaving him with mounting medical bills and ongoing physical therapy needs. After losing his housing in 2023, he lived in his car and later in a van with a friend, an experience he describes as incredibly difficult. With PATH’s support, he stayed in interim housing for several months before moving into his own place at PATH Villas Hollywood, a supportive housing community for seniors. Today, he is grateful for the stability and care he has received, sharing, “I love it here, and I love my caseworker.” Welcome home, Roman. 🏡
