Frontline providers are working to end homelessness for thousands of individuals and families across Los Angeles County, but more people are falling into homelessness than we can currently support. That is why prevention is a key solution to this crisis, alongside outreach, shelter, and the development of affordable housing. Prevention services enable PATH and our partners to help keep people in their homes, saving time and resources while also reducing the trauma of experiencing homelessness. Thank you to the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA) for funding PATH’s collaborative prevention services. These partners include The People Concern, Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System, Union Station Homeless Services, LA Family Housing, St. Joseph Center, and HOM, Inc.
