Advocates from across California and the nation came to DC last week to join the National Alliance to End Homelessness in urging Congress to provide modest increases in funding for proven solutions to homelessness. California is one of many states that saw a reduction in unsheltered homelessness in 2025, thanks to federal, state, and local investments. We need to keep the momentum going!
