This olive oil is called ALEA IACTA EST ( the die is cast) due to a Roman ruins site discovered a few kilometres from the olive grove, where some games of chance and coins from Ancient Rome were found. For the packaging Javier Garduño Estudio De Diseño painted and screenprinted the bottle to achieve a dice shape, since the correct translation would be “ the dice was cast”.
