One of the things that makes PIC unique is our absolute focus on customer service. A highlight of the year are our policyholder events which we have held since 2011, and to which we have welcomed more than 33,000 people. These events offer policyholders the chance to reconnect with former colleagues and hear directly from senior management about how we secure their pensions. It’s also a chance for PIC employees to meet with the people whose pensions they secure, bringing our purpose to life.   As this year's programme gets underway, we thought it would be interesting to bring together reflections on our 2025 events.
