Aileen joins us from Aspen Insurance Group, where she served as Group Chief Investment Officer since 2021, leading investment strategy and overseeing portfolios and financial reporting across UK, Lloyd’s, Bermuda and US regulated entities. Prior to Aspen, Aileen was Global Head of Insurance at Aberdeen Standard Investments. She brings extensive leadership experience from senior roles across the financial services sector, with a strong track record in investment management.
