We are pleased to announce that Pekin Bayar Mizrahi and Norton Rose Fulbright advised Acrisure, a leading global financial services and insurance brokerage firm, in the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Monopoli Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. and its subsidiaries from İzzet Bonofiyel, Erol Esentürk and Erin Group B.V. by way of a share purchase. The deal was led by James Bateson and Simeon P. from NRF and co-counselled by PBM's Corporate and M&A Partner Senem Golge Yalcinand Jr. Partner Galya Kohen Benbanaste, Junior Associate Yasemin Kocasakal and Legal Intern Zeynep Uçar.
