From representing Costa Rica in international competition to taking on the challenge of training in a completely new discipline, his drive to continuously improve is both impressive and inspiring. That same focus and attention to detail carries directly into his work, where he approaches every situation with professionalism, positivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Cristian demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting and uplifting those around him. He approaches recognition with true intentionality, ensuring appreciation is meaningful and impactful, and consistently offers thoughtful feedback, encouragement, and support to his team. His ability to find the positive in any situation, combined with his genuine care for others and commitment to doing the right thing, makes a lasting difference. Thank you, Cristian, for being a true example of our core values daily! Ed Kahaly was the pinnacle of our culture at Pegasus Logistics Group; there wasn’t a request he would say no to or a costume he wouldn’t wear, and he was a mentor to anyone who asked. We lost Ed in 2008, and in his honor, we named this monthly Culture Spotlight Award after him.
