Jumping without a parachute? Has your crisis management team been tested in a real simulation in the last 12 months? 🔑 The CER Directive will soon become a must. It targets critical entities — energy, transport, health, finance, water, digital infrastructure. 📌 You may think this doesn't concern you. Think again. 🎯 You're part of a critical entity's ecosystem — supplier, contractor, partner? Their resilience depends on yours too. They will ask. The CER will become the new reference standard — just as ISO 9001 once did. In 5 years, the question won't be "are you CER compliant?" but "why aren't you yet?" 🔑 The CER was designed to go beyond declarations — no more beautiful continuity plans gathering dust in a drawer. The directive requires you to demonstrate resilience. Test it. Prove it. Which brings me to a simple question: Has your crisis management team been tested in a real simulation in the last 12 months? ✅ Yes — full simulation, under real pressure ⚠️ Table-top or paper exercise only ❌ No exercise to date 🤔 No formalized crisis team yet In my experience, the honest answer sits somewhere between the second and third option. ❓ So are you going to rely on luck and jump without a parachute? This isn't a judgment. It's a starting point. 🧭 With Pearl Crisis, crisis preparedness becomes real. ARE YOU READY? — Not on paper. Under pressure. https://lnkd.in/ezN2PUzu #CERDirective #CrisisManagement #Resilience #CriticalEntities #PearlCrisis
