In an IPD meta analysis of 5 randomized trials investigating patients with #RAS (and #BRAF) wild-type #mCRC, we found additional predictive value of the mRNA-based #CMS for the use of anti-EGFR monoclonal antibodies such as #Cetuximab or #Panitumumab. Thanks to Sebastian Stintzing, Dominik Modest, Volker Heinemann, Beatrice Borelli and Chiara Cremolini, all investigatives of the FIRE, PanaMa, XELAVIRI and TRIBE2 trials and all patients and their families for supporting this work!
