Data Platform Manager - IT Chapter Lead

Just came back from an amazing Power Platform hackathon at Microsoft HQ in Vienna! 2 teams, 2 use cases, 2 intense days — full of collaboration, ideas, and hands-on building As part of our team, I proposed and developed an AI-based email automation using Power Automate, which: Analyzes email sentiment (positive/neutral/negative) Detects language Summarizes content (in Polish and English) Classifies email type (sales, claim, complaint, other) Generates a response suggestion The results were sent in real-time to two targets: Dataverse – powering a Power BI report Azure Event Hub – driving a real-time dashboard in Microsoft Fabric Where do I see the real value? Emails with negative sentiment can be flagged for faster response With automatic classification, emails sent to the wrong mailbox can be routed correctly Suggested replies help keep communication consistent, no matter which team responds I’ve been pro-code my whole career, but this experience made me a true low-code fan. Power Automate showed how fast and effectively even complex processes can be built and scaled. Special thanks to: Melinda Anna Pasztor – for organizing and supporting our Power BI dashboard work 😀 Kristian Ndou and Mohamad Al Sayed– for guidance and inspiration Krzysztof Dzwonkowski & Joanna Zarach – for great collaboration on our case!
