We are pleased to share that BPM Capital has completed exit from Zoo Factory. Zoo Factory is one of Poland’s leading distributors of pet treats and accessories, with its well known brands (Hilton, CatSi, Animals) and long-established presence and position in the domestic market. This exit transaction marks also the entry of The Nutriment Company into the Polish pet products market.   We would like to thank Slawomir Musur (the CEO) and the whole Zoo Factory team for the excellent cooperation during the investment period — open dialogue, strong execution and a shared focus on the fundamentals of the business. We also wish Zoo Factory and its new stakeholders a continued success in the attractive pet products market in Poland.
